2. Purpose of this site
This site describes the services of Deep Heuristics, an independent AI trust and assurance institution with its registered office at 6b Garden Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603112, India. Its content is general information about our capabilities and about the regulatory landscape in which we work.
3. No advice and no reliance
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, financial, or technical advice, and nothing on it constitutes an assurance opinion. An assurance opinion, rating, certification, or Trust Mark exists only where it has been issued in writing under a signed engagement, and it may be relied on only by the parties, for the purpose, for the system and version, and during the period stated in that document.
4. Regulatory content
Descriptions of laws, regulations, and standards on this site are summaries prepared for general orientation and are accurate to the best of our knowledge as at the date of publication. Regulatory instruments change, and their application depends on facts specific to your organisation. Do not act on a summary here without confirming its current status and its application to your circumstances.
5. Marks and certification claims
The Deep Heuristics name, logo, and Trust Mark are our property. The Trust Mark may be displayed only by a holder of a current, unsuspended mark, only in the form supplied, and only in relation to the system, version, and scope stated on the record. Displaying an expired, suspended, or withdrawn mark, or presenting a mark in a way that implies a broader scope than was assessed, is a misuse of our marks and grounds for withdrawal and for further action.
6. Intellectual property
Except where stated otherwise, the content of this site is owned by or licensed to Deep Heuristics. You may read, print, and quote from it for internal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not republish it commercially, or present it as your own, without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use this site to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its availability, to submit unlawful or malicious content, or to harvest personal data. Security testing of our systems is welcome only under our responsible disclosure policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
9. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Heuristics excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site's general content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability arising under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's terms, not by this notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction. This provision is subject to confirmation on legal review, and does not displace any mandatory consumer protection to which you are entitled where you live.
