Continuous Trust Monitoring
Assurance that does not expire quietly
Certification without surveillance is a photograph presented as a live feed. Monitoring runs for the life of every mark we issue.
What is monitored
Four signals, continuously
Performance drift
Movement in accuracy, calibration, and output distribution away from the assessed baseline.
Material change
Changes to model, prompts, retrieval sources, configuration, or upstream providers.
Control operation
Whether the controls credited at assessment are still operating as described.
External signal
Newly disclosed vulnerabilities, regulatory change, and incidents affecting components in scope.
Consequences
What happens when a threshold is crossed
Thresholds and their consequences are agreed at certification, in writing. Neither party negotiates them after a breach.
- Advisory
- A signal below the action threshold is recorded and reported to the holder. No change to mark status.
- Review
- A threshold breach triggers targeted reassessment of the affected criteria, at the holder’s cost, within a defined window.
- Suspension
- A material breach, or failure to complete a triggered review, suspends the mark. A suspended mark may not be displayed.
- Withdrawal
- Undisclosed material change, misrepresentation of scope, or unremediated material failure withdraws the mark. Withdrawal is recorded on the public register.
- Reinstatement
- Reinstatement follows full reassessment. There is no expedited route back.
