Start with your highest-stakes AI system

Not the easiest one to document — the one whose failure would be hardest to explain. That is where independent assessment returns the most.

What happens next

From enquiry to signed scope

No obligation attaches until a scope is signed. The first two stages cost you nothing but the conversation.

  1. Initial conversation

A short discussion of the system, the decisions it drives, and what assurance you need to be able to demonstrate — and to whom.

  2. Scoping proposal

A written proposal setting out what would be assessed, against which framework, over what period, with what deliverables and at what fixed fee.

  3. Scope agreement

Scope, access requirements, data handling terms, and reliance parties agreed in writing before any work begins.

  4. Assessment

Evidence gathering, technical testing, and analysis against the agreed framework, with progress reported at defined checkpoints.

  5. Report and opinion

A written report with findings, evidence, limitations, and an explicit opinion — peer-reviewed before issue.

The more precisely you can describe the system and the decision it affects, the more useful our first response will be.
